Each year we make a limited number of Christmas cakes. They are 'fully loaded', packed with fruit and Christmas spices and made with port, cherry brandy, brandy and dark rum. Each cake is matured for six weeks before Christmas so that on the day, they are perfect. That's why we ask customers to order by the first week in November!
Some customers keep the cake going until nearly Easter! Once cut, it keeps very well in an airtight container.
All Christmas cakes will be delivered between 20 and 23 December.
Our main Christmas cakes all contain nuts. BUT we also make a completely nut-free version too, see below.
