About the event
On this one day course you will learn to make make a savoury asparagus and red pepper flan, sweet pastry shells to fill with vanilla cream and fruits, a baked fruit tart filled with creme patissierre and another tart that shouts of summer! You will make all the pastries and fillings and take home everything that you make!
Lunch is included.
