Take a bread class
Classes will be back once Covid is out of the way!
Making your own fresh bread is a fantastic life skill. And your friends and family will thank you for it!
On the basic bread class you will learn:
- The basics you need to make any bread
- How to work the dough
- How to shape bread
- How to bake a variety of loaves, rolls and breadsticks
And you will go home with everything you bake!
In the one day (10-4:30 approx) basic bread class we will start with an introduction to the basic ingredients, dive into what makes bread work and share some knowledge about dough. Then, we will begin working to produce a variety of breads. You will be introduced to mixing techniques and shown a couple of different approaches to developing the dough to make it useable. We will make three or four different doughs during the class and we will make a great selection to take home.
