One of the most lovely things about the Christmas period is eating the leftovers on Boxing Day and beyond, and what I really need is a crackingly good Picalilli to go with them! This one has a nice kick to it, and crunchy vegetables. There's a lot in it, and it goes beautifully with both cold meats and cheese.
