We have some customers with nut allergies (including my wife!) This luxurious Christmas cake is packed full of fruit and Christmas spices as well as brandy, cherry brandy, port and dark rum, and nut-free. The fruit is presoaked in the alcohol for a full week before baking. The nut-free cake is finished with a variety of glacé fruits including pear, clementine and cherries, subject to availability.
