The Wilfa is my absolute go-to mixer. Its over-engineered dough hook will handle all kinds of dough, even stiff mixes. The bowl will take up to 5Kg of dough and the rotating bowl helps make it arguably the best mixer of this size you'll find. It's a very cool piece of design too. I have three of these, but I'm only parting with one! Comes with the beater attachment too.
