Stocking Fillers, or treats for you!

As Christmas approaches we have been busy baking all the cakes that have been ordered this year - a new record number for Lekito. All the cakes are wrapped up and maturing nicely in a cool room! So now we are turning our attention to a handful of new products that we will only produce during December. They are all perfect for Christmas. They could be stocking fillers, gifts for friends and neighbours or just for your family to snack on whilst watching a Christmas movie together.

We are introducing our beautiful Parmesan Shortbreads. I find it's impossible to eat only one...! They have a lovely savoury quality and a pinch of cayenne pepper in the mix gives them a satisfying warmth. Crisp as shortbreads should be!

Italian inspired, Amaretti Biscuits made with almonds and a dash of Disaronno are just gorgeous to eat. A genuine Italian recipe and a real treat. We also have, crunchy Cantucci Biscuits - full of flavour - lovely just as they are but of course fantastic dipped in Vin Santo or your favourite digestif.

Last but not least, we have White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies. These are made with not-too-sweet high quality Belgian white chocolate and fine dried cranberries in an oat cookie. Butter and a pinch of sea salt make these especially delicious.
